Hi everyone.I had my Vit D blood test back today. The receptionist said "its 82.7 and its perfectly normal"I asked what the range was."it's normal" No what is the range,it should state on the results."Oh it's 50-250 so its well within the range"

It's like trying to get info from MI5

Would you agree this is "normal"folks?

Thank you

It's normal in that it's in the replete range (75-200). The Vit D Council recomments 100-150nmol/L.

As you're Hashi's then BetterYou oral spray. They do 1000iu and 3000iu spray. I would say get the 1000iu and maybe take two doses over the winter (2000iu daily), retest in the spring. You might be able to drop it off during the summer months, or drop down to 1000iu daily, see how it goes. Retest once or twice a year when supplementing with D3 vitamindtest.org.uk/

Cofactors needed when taking D3 vitamindcouncil.org/about-v...

To make it easier, BetterYou do a D3/K2-MK7 combo spray, see what dose it comes in, if 3000iu then you could do alternate days, or work out the equivalent of 2000iu daily. K2-MK7 is very important as it directs the extra calcium to bones and teeth rather than it being deposited in arteries and soft tissues.

Magnesium helps D3 work - choose which sort is best for you naturalnews.com/046401_magn...

D3/K2 with fattiest meal of the day. Magnesium best in the evening as it can be calming so don't want you falling asleep at work etc.
