I’ve just got my results back from BH. I’ve just been retested to check for my new readings, as I have been diagnosed with an Under Active Thyroid. I can’t wait to get back on NDT and feel Human again!!!
Can someone please look over my results and see what they think?

You should reduce your Vit D to a maintenance dose to keep your level within the Vit D Council recommended range of 100-150nmol/L. Do you take D3's important cofactors vitamindcouncil.org/about-v... , particularly K2-MK7 and magnesium?
Have you been on thyroid meds and left them off for the test or something as you say "I can't wait to get back on NDT again". Your TSH is in an excellent place but FT4 only half way through range and FT3 even lower in range.
Are you looking for the NHS to prescribe or self medicate?
What's in your Multivitamin?
PS If you reply directly under my message using the green REPLY button, I'll get notification otherwise it's just potluck if I notice your message if I check 'Recently active' posts.
The reason I asked about your multivitamin is because generally they contain not enough of anything to help and it's better to get them tested and supplement what's low or deficient.
If your Multivitamin contains iron then nothing else can be absorbed, iron has to be taken at least two hours away from any other supplements, so if it does contain iron then you are wasting your money and I imagine Philip Kingsley products don't come cheap.
Also, if it contains calcium then even the iron can't be absorbed.
Your thyroid levels are euthyroid (normal) and don't indicate you need NDT. TSH is low-normal, FT4 is over halfway through range and FT4 4.4 is typical for someone not on thyroid replacement.
Antibodies are negative for autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto's) so you don't appear to have any thyroid dysfunction.
B12 is good but folate is low in range. I would supplement folic acid or methylfolate for 3-4 months to raise folate.
Ferritin and CRP are good.
VitD is over range which can lead to toxicity and cause stones in kidney, gallbladder etc. Hard to believe there is too much D3 in the multivit but I would stop taking it until your VitD is around 100.
