Mineral supplement help please

Hi Everyone,

Following on from a post a few days ago I am going to purchase some Selenium as advised on here. With this order I also wanted to buy other Vitamins and Minerals I might need.

I would like to buy Zinc and Magnesium. Please could someone advise me what types and dosage of zinc and magnesium I would need please and anything else that may be helpful.

You might want to test zinc (and maybe copper) before supplementing. Recommended is half way through range.
