If you post your recent results including ranges members can advise
Have you had vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 tested? Always get actual results and ranges
Extremely common for these to be too low stopping Thyroid hormones to work
Hashimoto’s affects our gut function, causing low stomach acid, malabsorption of nutrients, low vitamins as a result and very often hidden gluten intolerance
Levo dose needs to be high enough to bring TSH down near one, FT4 towards top of range and FT3 at least half way in range
Extremely common to be under medicated and symptoms not resolved

I have done this now, thank you
Those results are a year old
You would need new test. Also essential to test vitamin levels too
All thyroid tests should be done as early as possible in morning and fasting and don't take Levo in the 24 hours prior to test, delay and take straight after. This gives highest TSH and most consistent results
