Those labs look ok to me. But if your symptoms are bothering you then tweak your dose. Some people have noticed an increased heart rate when they are hyper but your labs do not indicate overmedication, however, some people have this when still hypo. I have found that my when lowering my NDT my heart rate increases in the afternoon. I don't know why.
Mine is 0.005 and I'm not worried as my ft3 is 6.08 top of range being 6.80. When on NDT your pituitary doesn't need to tell your thyroid to produce t4 t3 etc hence low TSH. And often lowish ft4.... on lower dose my heart rate increases I get palpitations and blood pressure is higher. So yes your result is perfectly normal for NDT. I would personally try a quarter grain increase as your Ft3 is just over half way through range but it depends how you feel.
