Help me understand my results please.Thanks

Serum thyroglobulin level 0.1 ug/L

Thyroid peroxidase antibodies <35 iu/mL

Serum vitamin D 125 nmol/L

Serum vitamin B12 507 ng/L

Serum cortisol 372 nmol/L

Serum TSH <0.02

Serum ferrintin 212 ug/L

Percentage iron saturation 14%

Serum transferrin 60 umol/L

Serum iron 9 umol/L

I don't have a thyroid since I had a cancer in 2000. I suffer from most of the hypothyroid symptoms even though I take 150mg which is too much according to the GP. He wanted to lower the dosage I refused. I have put over 20kg on in 4 years and have lost interest in life. I desperately need help. Thanks.

Before you decide on any other options you need full thyroid tests

TSH, TT4, FT4 and FT3

All thyroid tests should be done as early as possible in morning and fasting and don't take Levo in the 24 hours prior to test, delay and take straight after.

Thanks for the answer. I did ask for all the above but didn't get what I wanted. I wasn't fasting and I had taken my levo in the morning so those results seem pretty useless in fact.
