Possibly, but it will help folk to advise if you post your latest blood test results for TSH,FT4 FT3 and the vits you mention with the ranges which are shown in brackets. You are on a low dose of levothyroxine and may be under medicated.

You are definitely undermedicated ,you need an increase in levothyroxine and further tests in 6-8 weeks. The aim is to get TSH close to 1 or below. The active hormone which all your cells need is below the range ,it and FT4 should be in the upper half.

To get the best absorption your vits need to be optimal. They are not. In fact they are all bad. I suggest you look at Seaside Susies responses to people with similar levels. You may also benefit from advice on the PA forum on ferritin and folate.

You are very under medicated. Ask GP for raise of dose by 25mcg. And then retest after 6-8 weeks. Likely you will need further increase

All thyroid tests should be done as early as possible in morning and fasting and if taking Levo don't take it in the 24 hours prior to test, delay and take straight after.

Your vitamins are low because you are under medicated. When they are too low they stop Thyroid hormones working

See SeasideSusie replies on how to improve vitamins

Your antibodies are high this is Hashimoto's, (also known as autoimmune thyroid disease). About 90% of hypothyroidism in UK is due to Hashimoto's.

Hashimoto's very often affects the gut, leading to low stomach acid, low vitamin levels and leaky gut.

With Hashimoto's then hidden food intolerances very likely to be causing issues, most common by far is gluten.

Changing to a strictly gluten free diet may help reduce symptoms. Very, very many of us here find it really helps and can slowly lower antibodies.

Only about 5% are coeliac, but over 80% find benefit being gluten free either due to intolerance or molecular mimicry (see Amy Myers link)

Low stomach acid can be an issue

Lots of posts on here about how to improve with Apple cider vinegar or Betaine HCL

FERRITIN 22 (30 - 400)

FOLATE 2.0 (2.5 - 19.5)

VITAMIN B12 168 (180 - 900)

VITAMIN D 25 OH 26.6 (25 - 50 DEFICIENT)

Has your GP done these tests and seen these results? If so, what is he doing about them? Has he prescribed anything? They are all absolutely dire.

To save me typing out a very lengthy reply, which might not all be needed if your GP is taking the proper action, please say what's happening about them and I will reply later with suggestions if the prescribed treatment isn't adequate.

Also, please say whether you have had an iron panel and full blood count to see if you have iron deficiency anaemia.
