I would go for the higher dose of vitamin D if I were you. You might need more but if you test in 12 weeks you'll know if you need to increase or not. You might need a maintenance dose over the winter but you'll have to experiment and retest at least every 6 months to find out what you need. People synthesise or utilise it with different levels of efficiency.
Your B12 and folate are also on low side. Supplementing a good vitamin B complex might help.
Remember if taking vitamin B complex, or any supplements containing biotin, to stop these 3-5 days before any blood tests, as biotin can falsely affect test results
B12 is best top of range but your lab range is low. Less than 500 is considered insufficient by the Pernicious Anaemia society so please post your results with the correct lab ranges on the Healthunlocked Pernicous Anaemia society for advice.
I think the B12 result given is probably Active B12 rather than serum B12 based on the reference range given. Either that or the units of measurement are something I'm not familiar with for serum B12.
