You threw me a lifeline - A positive Note.

Thanking the Universe for this site and the member's support. You have helped me, empowered and educated me. Three years reading /searching looking for similarities and answers to my very unhappy state of mind body and soul.

I knew something was wrong and after being on here I soon learned about medichecks. I felt safe in the knowledge it was not a gimmick or rip off used my savings and went for the full Monty. Posting the results on here you lovely people answered helped me out with understanding the readings.

Low FT3 not converting T4.. Low B12 Low D. Went to GP not impressed with my decision to take T3. is referring me to Endo. (passing the buck, i think) considering I have been asking for this for three years with no such luck.

I set out to take my health N life back.

High strength Vits B12 & D3, K2.

Only one week in and I seriously cannot believe it. I feel so much better. Its as tho I have woken up. Can this be for real on only 6mcg of T3?. I can think communicate concentrate and I am alert, no brain fog....

My tired peak has been arriving around 7pm which I can cope with, it was usually from the minute I got up, eyes often rolling in my head all day at work.

Aches N pains have not eased at all but its early days.

sleep is a little better, at least i feel i have had some now. I hope this will improve over time.

I am having hot / cold flashes, that are short lived. feel cold then a rush of heat, which makes me break out in a sweat. This could be down to being Peri-menopausal I suppose. All in all I am happier than I have been in a very very long time.

I will be adding a little more T3 in a week hoping this will allow me to address my weight gain.

Just wanted to share my little piece of happiness to show how valuable these communities are and that there is hope for us.
