I am going for a Frozen embyro transfer and my thryoid antibodies are high. Over 500. I have read about LDN being helpful in getting down antibody levels. I am 46 and I am wondering if it's worth taking LDN or should I just go ahead with the transfer?

LDN may be helpful in the long term but it takes 3 months to reach the full dose of 4.5mcg. It’s a very slow progress. Probably too slow for you to benefit your present situation.

Because of the immune changes that take place during pregnancy there is much research showing elevated thyroid antibodies to reduce the chances of conception or a successful pregnancy outcome.
If all other methods to reduce the heightened immune system (thyroid antibodies) have been unsuccessful and you have decided to start LDN, as I understand it , it is better to start the LDN before conception that during the pregnancy.
