You have Hashimoto's, this causes hyper flares as the thyroid breaks down. These can cause temporary hyper phase. It can be short duration, but this test result does say you are at that moment over medicated.

You probably also have low vitamins as Hashimoto's often affects gut function, causing low stomach acid.

Do you have recent tests results for vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12

Post them if you have them

If these are too low then it stops thyroid hormones being used. You can have hypo symptoms but blood tests don't reflect that

You need to read as much as possible about Hashimoto's. Medics don't consider the autoimmune cause. It's very often linked to gluten intolerance. Very many find strictly gluten free diet helps reduce symptoms and eventually can lower antibodies

If you are not already gluten free then suggest you try it

How long have you been on 175mcg and 10mcg T3

Have you other previous results from on this dose?

I had been on the 175mcg and 10mcg since January this year previous results were

TSH 2.77 (0.2 - 4.2)

Free T4 15.1 (12 - 22)

Free T3 4.3 (3.1 - 6.8)

Same dose.

Dose has since been reduced to 25mcg only.

You have thyroid antibodies which means you have autoimmune thyroid disease otherwise known as Hashimotos. Thyroid levels can fluctuate with Hashimotos. When were these results taken and what were your previous results and the date?

Hi these results were taken at the end of May and previous results were done in January this year and they were

TSH 2.77 (0.2 - 4.2)

Free T4 15.1 (12 - 22)

Free T3 4.3 (3.1 - 6.8)

Same dose.

So this shows it most likely a Hashimoto's flare.

Have you had dose reduced or are you still on same dose

Very important to get those vitamins tested asap

Who reduced dose, GP or endo?

Endo reduced it

As SlowDragon says, it looks like a Hashi flare due to the change in results when on the same dose. Reducing to 25mcg is a bit drastic. If your last test was in May, you should retest again now you are feeling hypothyroid, maybe increase to 50mcg after your blood test. Then retest again in 6 weeks time and adjust dose as necessary.
