Your vitamin D is insufficient. How is your doctor treating this? What about folate, ferritin and B12? Have you had these tested? If not, then I would get those done too and make sure you get treatment for vitamin D insufficiency.

Not surprised you don't feel well, your FT3 is right at the bottom of the range. But your doctor is only looking at the TSH. He obviously doesn't know very much about thyroid. :(

I took t3 tablet for 2 months and my t3 had increased but my problems didnt change and then i left taking t3 tablet

Your FT4 is very low for someone on 175 mcg. How do you take your levo?

And leaving an hour before eating or drinking anything other than water; two hours before taking other supplements and medication; four hours before taking iron, calcium, vit D or estrogen?

Good heavens! The tests you've been given except for TSH are literally so old and out of date that their meaning is very equivocal. No-one does T3 uptake nowadays, and not usually total T4 and T3. However one can say that the T3 value is low in range (the marginally low TSH does not matter) and your T4 isn't exactly high. If you are not on T4 then you seem to be suffering a "downturn" in Hashimoto's symptoms. If you are on T4 it's not enough. The T4 should be high in range or just above, and T3 in the upper half of its range. Never mind the TSH for now.

What do u mean? If im taking just t4 should i add my doasage? or i should add t3 to my daily consumotion

diogenes profile image
diogenesRemembering in reply toKoosha

No, if you raise your T4 dose, the T3 should follow if you are a reasonable converter.

Koosha profile image
Koosha in reply todiogenes

What if im not a good convertor or my optimal t3 is near the bottom range??

Koosha profile image
Koosha in reply todiogenes

Is there any way to understsnd my converting condition (am l converting well)??

With the inadequate tests you've been given I can't tell. What should be done is free T4 and free T3, not total T4, T3 uptake and total T3. That's the problem of old fashioned inadequate tests being done. The totals are very dependent on how much thyroid hormone binding protein you have in your blood because you can get all sorts of free T4 and free T3 depending on what the protein levels are. T3 uptake is now discredited as a test so that doesn't help either. Your doctors need to get up to date.

I will send another lab test of another dr prescription

Tsh o.1( range0.27-4.20)

Freet3 5.9(rang 4.0-8.3)

Free t4 1.9 ( o.93-1.71)

diogenes profile image
diogenesRemembering

That's better. Free T4 slightly over range on T4 - good, free T3 perhaps could rise a little. TSH OK. Free T3 around 7 on that scale seems to be a useful goal.

Koosha in reply todiogenes

What s ur idea should i add my t4 or t3. Does this test show my converting condition???

diogenes profile image
diogenesRemembering in reply toKoosha

Your ratio seems OK if you are only T4 only. So conversion doesn't seem to be a problem only dosage.

But im not good at all for example now i want to sleep at middle of summer i shoud wear thick clouths and my bee use blanket is it normal??

May be

It's a matter of trial and error of changing dose and see how you feel. There's no precise formula for getting better.
