You could improve on all of those and especially if you don't feel really well. Are you on levothyroxine (T4) which isn't too bad but your FT3 is too low. These are the tests results recommended by STTM.

Are you taking any other medication that could be affecting absorption of your thyroid hormones ?

TSH will be low when taking T3.

You do not mention what your concerns are in either of your posts so difficult for people to comment.

What supplements are you taking ?

No VitD result ? B12 could be improved on and Folate is fine.

I'm careful to only take T3 and T4 first thing with nothing else till evening. I wanted to know what people thought so when I see my Doc I have a head start for discussion. I feel like I need more T3 but guess it could be the B12

Hi Yvonne UP,

What dose of T4 and T3 are you on? I am on 200 mcg levothyroxine for T4, my TSH level was 0.54. But when I was on 250 mcg, it was 0.09. My T3 was mid range, yours seem a little higher than mine - for that I take 20 mcg Lithyronine. (I have a partial non working gland since birth)

I think you are too low on B12 and I think you help with that. I think anything under 500, needs supplementing. I have a jab every three months, (it used to be two months) but when you start having them, it might be more frequent. B12 symptoms are very similar to under active thyroid and can go hand in hand together. Followed and with anaemia and vitamin D deficiency.

I think you need to either go back and see your GP or seek a second opinion.

Take care :)

Hey thanks for that. I noticed that too and Doc gave me a jab this morning so let's see if that helps

I'm on 125 T4 and 20 T3

Lets hope so :) I am glad you got your jab (albeit not the pain side lol) I have to keep mine at home and take it with me each time I go. The trick is, not to put them in the fridge but keep them at room temp. It is not so painful then lol.

Keep posting though. You might need a bit of tweaking with the T4 eventually Take care :)
