Menopause test results

I had a medichecks menopause test done recently and these are my results. My periods have been all over the place for a while, so thought it might be worth getting some things checked. My last period finished about 7 weeks ago, and I took this test last Tuesday (8th) and I started my next period on the following Friday (11th), so not sure what to make of these results. The thyroid would still be screwed as I had taken my T3 about 5am in the morning and then did the test about 10.30am. any info would help as always, not sure if its worth talking to my GP about.

I would see if you can get another thyroid panel and with all the results, TSH, FT4 FT3 and antibodies. Being undermedicated can affect periods
