Hashimoto's and yellow tinge on face only?

Hello,

For a year, I've been having a what I'd call a yellow face which grew worse in the last few months. My face is pale, but really with a yellow or sometimes a greenish-grayish tinge!

When I put my hand on my face, oh, it looks like it is someone else's hand! There is a huge difference in colour between the two.

I though of jaundice, but I if it were jaundice, I would have all my skin yellow, not only my face. My liver functions test was normal.

I though of blaming the sun for it, but why would the sun single out my face only? And to be fair with the sun, I arranged my schedule on the last 1 and half month to avoid the sun (will worry about my insufficient vitamin D later), and still my face has this tinge.

My skin was really fair, and I previously has roaccutane which made my skin like baby skin. My skin was my enviable pride, and now my face looks like an alien's face! :(

I underwent dermapen sessions to heal my acne scars, not sure if they are responsible, well, they can't be, they were made to improve the skin.

I have dermatographism, which will make my skin red, but it does not change the colour of the skin according to my research. And if it does, why would it do that to my face only.

I don't want to see a dermatologist, I'm fed up of seeing doctors.

I know Hashimoto's and an underactive thyroid will mess one's skin (my body skin is now excessively dry), but will it do this nasty thing to my face.

I have read that skin can be yellow in hypothyroidism due to alteration in vitamin A metabolism, but whether that would be the case with it only being on your face, I don't know. I should add that I too have a yellow tinge on my face and it just makes me look ill with liver problems, which I don't have. It's horrible.
