Tingling face and arm

Hi everybody, would like some advice please. I am sitting in A&E with my hubby, who woke up this morning with tingling and some numbness on the right side of his face and his right hand and arm. GPsaid to go to hospital. He has seen one doc who gave Him a thorough going over, and said he could not find any sign of a stroke.he did say however, that he would add calcium levels to his bloods.

Any ideas out there as to what it could be?

Essential to test B12, folate, ferritin and vitamin D

Previous post says he had extremely low B12 3 years ago

Low calcium can cause tingling.

I have just had a dose of shingles and that started with tingling and burning. However it is more usual for shingles to be on one side of the body only, often around the ribs although it can appear anywhere. The rash of blisters takes at least a couple of days to appear. My rash is a broad stripe on my forehead up into my hair. I have been to the Gp and been given anti-viral tablets which have helped tremendously with the pain.
