Hi everyone, I would very much appreciate if someone could provide me sources for ordering NDT and T3 online. My location is in the EU. Best regards.

Vkg1,

Why do you want NDT and T3? What medication are you currently taking?

I'm going to start with NDT, monitor how things are going with tests, and be prepared to obtain T3 as well if it looks like that would wise. Just would like to have the peace of mind that I am prepared for whatever might be necessary. At the current time I am not taking anything.

Does that mean you aren't taking Levo? Can you post more info as to what is happening at the moment and any blood tests you have had with results and ranges please.

Thank you for your help. My situation is that I started having low libido 7 years ago. It was so low that I didn't feel like could have girlfriend, so went to doctor and they said everything was fine except that my TSH was starting to get high but not to worry about it yet just keep eye on it. Looking up my records I see that it was 6.21 mcU/ml. My T also was quite low at 2.56 where normal range is 2.0-11.

So I took doctor's advice and just hung back hoping that it was psychological and that things would be fine once living in place I enjoyed more etc.

Year or two later I've moved to different country in exciting new work things in life mostly great. Except no energy whatsoever. Constantly needing to drink caffeine to function at all, can't exercise not enough energy, still weak libido etc. can't fall asleep at night and can't wake up in morning, always late to work, etc. Go back to doctor and doc says there just isn't anything wrong with me. TSH is actually better, something like 2.7 or so (can't remember exactly).

Fast forward two years and I have extremely traumatic experience of getting kicked out of graduate school (probably because of underperformance and/or bad presentation due to the energy and sleep problem). Almost overnight go from having weak libido to no libido at all and even loss of function in penis. Feels almost like I've sustained nerve damage - penile numbness.

Change countries again and get great new job. I get psychologist to treat me for low mood and possible psychosomatic disorder. The mood improves and helps me get over the traumatic experience at least on conscious level. However penile numbness and zero libido remain. Blood tests show TSH 4.15 one time, 2.56 another.

2 years ago I went to Sexologist. My T is still technically normal but toward the bottom of range. He proposes we try TRT. Very caring doctor, but strictly adherent to traditional guidelines on treatment. For 1.5 years I've been on TRT so my T and DHT are middle of range. I notice more erections, but lack of sensation and drive remain the same.

Not sure you were looking for all that! I do appreciate your consideration of it, however. Next I'll post my latest blood results.

Unfortunately I don't have enough knowledge to go through all your results but looking at your tsh 2.96 it is close enough to 3 which is the usual level at which Drs in Europe start treating thyroid, your T4 is low but your T3 isn't bad-it looks as though you are converting T4 to T3 so you would probably be prescribed levothyroxine to start. The start dose is usually 50mcg. Do you have a Dr you can discuss it with? I can see why you would prefer to start on NDT-is it available on prescription where you are? It certainly can help with libido but I don't know if it will improve your lack of sensation. I have no medical training, this is just my opinion 😊 If you look through the topics on the side of the screen you will find lots of helpful information. Good luck!
