Have you had a diagnosis of anything?

Are you being treated for anything? If yes, what treatment and what dose?

And when were you first diagnosed and treated?

Underactive thyroid currently on 125 T4 and 20 T3

About 5 years of symptoms with refusal of diagnosis from Dr then diagnosed in 2008
