To many emails !!

I'm sorry but can people please stop sending me emails, I don't mean to be mean but I have received so many I cannot cope and my stress levels are going through the roof, Ive had Hypothyroidism for twenty years plus and am on NDT, I also am Type 1Diabetic I also have a Neurological disorder Dystonia and have injections in the back of my neck every 12 weeks and I have Fibromyalgia, I also have degenerative Spinal Disease but nothing can be done for it, also Asthma, I've had a hip replacement also my right ankle removed and a bone graft with two plates and screws each side of where my ankle was. If I have a problem with my Thyroid then I know where to come for help but I can't be on here for long I hope that's acceptable and I wish you all well. Jeni M.

I think you could remove your name at present and then log in when you need to.

All I do is highlight all of them and then do a delete which removes all of them.

No one is emailing you directly, . You need to go to your account settings (the v next to your username, then Account Settings) and un-tick/clear all the boxes in contact preferences (except perhaps email me when someone send me a private message).

😂 Yeah delete the emails. You need to change your preferences in settings.

Go to this link : healthunlocked.com/settings

Look under Contact preferences.

Click on the ticks to remove them. Change "Digests" to "No digests".
