Hi - it takes 6 weeks to totally absorb an increase in dosage of thyroxine, so it is still early days for you. You will probably also need another increase at that point as your Tsh is still very high. I wouldn't rush to consider adding t3, it is virtually impossible to obtain on NHS and currently relatively difficult to buy privately. It is also a very unforgiving hormone if all your nutrients - vit d, vit b12, folate and ferritin are not at least close to optimum. I can't see any results for these in your earlier posts, do you have any? If not you really need all these tested, ideally through GP but more likely privately through Blue Horizon or Medichecks, then post all results for comments. Deficiencies in all of these are very common with hypo and improving them may well help you feel better as well as improving effectiveness of your thyroxine.
Keep going with the thyroxine and regular 6-8 weekly testing for now, it is by far the easiest treatment choice.

i still have a few T3 from when i was getting it on prescription
didnt have many bloods done b12 551 (180-915) and folate 8.0 (4.0-20)
taking 1 spatone daily due to heavy bleeds (caused by fibroids)
