Help with my blood tests

Hi All

I would be really grateful if anyone can exlain what the beneath blood results mean please.

Mean cell haemoglobin concentration below range 318g/L (320.0 - 360.00)

Total white blood count below range 3.5 10*9/L (4.0 - 11.0)

Ive been feeling so poorly and since the beginning of April new symptoms are increasing over above the long list of thyroid symptoms Ive suffered for 9 years.

Would appreciate any advice please.

Low MCH may indicate iron deficiency anaemia.

Low WBC can be due to autoimmune conditions or severe infection.
