I've been ferreting around online to see if there is any reason NOT to take magnesium, zinc and selenium together. I've seen some things saying magnesium and zinc actually complement each other and are good taken together but can't seem to find anything about the selenium. Does anyone know if I shouldn't take all three at the same time?
Thanks.

If that was the case then I doubt they would make products like ZMA which is basically large dose mag and zinc together - very very popular for body builders
The supplements industry will make anything they think they can sell. It's all about the money, not our health. And just because something is popular with body builders doesn't mean it's good for anyone, let alone people with thyroid problems.
Apparently leafy greens and legumes contain goodly amounts of all three at the same time, so I for one have no inclination to go to heroic measures trying to separate them at different times as supplements.
I feel as long as I don't take mega-amounts of minerals I should be okay taking them together.
