I've just had a scan for my neck and they have found 3 swollen nodules. They could not tell me anything else and now referred me back to my G.P.
does anyone know what this means swollen nodules???

As you have more than one nodule, google - multinodular goitre. You will find plenty of information. Generally, MNG is a harmless condition and many people have nodules without ever knowing. Mine was diagnosed in 2013 and I have several nodules.
