Has anyone on here have B12 injections and how have you got on with them? Do they give you more energy?

I do self-injections. They don't seem to affect my energy but they do improve my neuro symptoms like tinnitus and numbness.

Have you had a look at the pernicious anaemia HU? healthunlocked.com/pasoc

I am on injections and my fatigue went after the first one. I sorted out b12 folate ferritin vit d etc before my thyroid so I was ready to switch to NDT. Combo of both has resulted in loads of symptoms going .
