Thank you all for your help over the last few days. So far, I have made a doctors appointment and ordered a thyroid blood test and food allergy test. I'm going to give it one last pro active try !

don't forget that you need a FULL thyroid test -- which includes tsh,t3,t4,ferretin , folate vitd[3] ,bi12 at least -- to have a correct diagnosis and treatment plan of action . never forgetting that it will take some time to get YOUR medication cocktail right for you ..... your gp just needs to order the lab to carry out ALL of the relevant tests to be done .......alan
