Anyone got T3 from Turkey?

Hi I have family in Turkey who are getting to get me T3 but without much joy.... The pharmacy keeps giving T4 and not understanding... I have said it's liothyronine but the communication is not great does anyone know the name over there and more so the brand / manufacturer as this would help?

I have read it is:

Abdi Ibrahim Tiromel T3 so what would be the Turkish for the letter T and number 3

Apparently the word for liothyronine is liotironin in Turkish. Tell them to write it down for the pharmacist.
