liposomal Vitamin C

anyone recommend a good one please

My practioner started me on Altrient C Liposomal Vit C, two sachets daily. I found the cost to be prohibitve after a while. I then tried Swanson Ultra Dr Derrick DeSilva's Liposomal Vitamin C and didn't continue with that because I disliked the taste.

I honestly can't say whether or not they're worth the expense.

She has changed her mind now. As I am on the Glutathione spray she doesn't want me on the Vit C

She works on a Saturday. I found a good one which was around £29 in liquid form. Might get it anyway amritanutrition.co.uk/sh-0099

That's more expensive than the Dr Derrick DeSilva's Liposomal Vitamin C (also liquid, citrus flavour, tasted awful in my opinion,) which has 30 servings for £23.27 healthmonthly.co.uk/swanson...

Yours is £29 for 30 servings.
