I'm not sure it can cure thyroid disorders, but it can't do any harm!

Hi GG, I've known vitamin C to have antiviral qualities in high doses and was advised that people should load up on C when having surgery to aid in healing so this is quite believable. I wonder if anyone will take up the practice. Quite fascinating.

There is well reported use of large doses of C for the Adrenals - which in turn has connections with the thyroid - so on the right track ! I take 2000mcg a day ....

I agree, Paulus Linning was right all along. After I read an article on him and his work, I started giving my son high doses of vit C when he had tonsilitus - which he had quite often. It workes much better than anything the doctor gave him!

Whilst on this subject what do you believe to be the best Vit C, I have read somewhere that ascorbic acid is not the best but have forgotten the reasons why?

Joy, I take both ester C and I also bought ascorbic acid crystals that I put in a drink because I've read the merits of both.

This is a report plus video of farmer who was cured, despite the doctors attempt to stop giving him a high intravenous Vitamin C when he was unconscious. It is unbelievable.

I am going to pass your link on to someone who saved his wife from dying by giving her vitamins, she was on her death bed with nothing else to loose, after doing some studying he gave her vitamin A and D3 and amazingly cured his wife of Emphysema.

Vitamin A helps create new Alveoli (air sacs) in the lungs. His Doctor is also convinced it can only be down to the vitamins.

How wonderful! We should all have a husband like that. Full marks to him. I had no idea Emphysema could be cured. My brother's Partner died of that. If only I'd known this earlier. Thank you for posting.

I don't think Emphysema has been cured before gg, that is why they want to try to get 'their' story out so more people can learn about it.

OK, I see. Well, good luck to them! People are so cynical about vitamins and minerals, very few actually know anything about them. And doctors just dismiss them outright! Come to think about it, I Don't suppose my brother would have listened to me anyway. I've been trying and trying to get him to try magnesium, I'm sure he's deficient. But, as the doctor hasn't prescribed it, he's not interested. What can you do!

You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink, even more difficult to get it to take it's vits and minerals. ;)

Well, funny thing, I spoke to him on the phone last night, and he has another lung infection - he's always had breathing problems. So, I said, casually, I Wonder if vit A would do you any good. And he said, Ooooooo that's the dangerous one! I'm not touching that!

Enough said.
