My nutritionist has recommended I take this amritanutrition.co.uk/dfh-0060.

What's the difference between Bisglycinate and glycinate please?

Can anyone recommend a cheaper alternative as it's quite expensive

Bisglycinate is attached to amino acid and much more highly absorbed. Find the purest form you can. (Normally the most expensive!)

Also, the link doesn't work 😂👍🏼

I usually get Solgar chelated bisglycinate, but am currently trying Bulk Powders bisglycinate as they were cheaper. The latter are easier to swallow, but I don't have recent tests to back up absorption efficacy.

A 30 minute soak in a bath with 500g epsom or magnesium salts is nice, & another effective way to absorb magnesium.

Magnesium sprays are good if you don't have sensitive skin.
