Hi,
I would like some advice on my results - not on any thyroid medication as this is the initial findings.
The doctor prescribed 50mg Thyroxine. Any advice would be great ☺️

Djlvn,
I'm surprised your doctor has prescribed 50mcg Levothyroxine because NHS don't usually commence treatment until TSH is over range or FT4 below range. TSH 3.16 indicates your thyroid is struggling and FT4 and FT3 are low in range so 50mcg will improve levels and should improve symptoms.
Thyroid antibodies are negative for autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto's).
For maximum absorption Levothyroxine should be taken with water 1 hour before, or 2 hours after, food and drink, 2 hours away from other medication and supplements, and 4 hours away from calcium, iron, vitamin D supplements and oestrogen.
It takes 7-10 days for Levothyroxine to be absorbed before it starts working and it will take up to six weeks to feel the full impact of the dose. Symptoms may lag behind good biochemistry by several months.
You should have a follow up thyroid test 6-8 weeks after starting Levothyroxine. Arrange an early morning and fasting (water only) blood draw when TSH is highest, and take Levothyroxine after your blood draw.

VitD 82 is in the replete range 75-200. Any sun you can get on your face, arms and legs will raise vitD level.
B12 391 is probably sufficient but if you have any of the B12 deficiency symptoms in b12deficiency.info/signs-an... you should ask for advice in healthunlocked.com/pasoc
Folate is good.
Thank you for your advice.
I think the doctor gave me the meds as I'm really struggling with a variety of symptoms.
Fingers crossed these meds work
