Your thyroid results are euthyroid (normal) but FT4 is low in range so you should arrange another thyroid test in 6-12 months. FT3 isn't usually tested in primary care by NHS unless TSH is suppressed <0.1 because they're looking for hyperthyroidism not low FT3 in hypothyroid patients.
Ferritin is very low. There was advice on your previous thread how to raise ferritin.
Were you told why the other tests you were expecting weren't done?
I hadn't expected other tests, but another member questioned the results so I pasted to show I hadn't had them done. So based on these results, my symptoms could all be caused due to low ferritin as opposed to thyroid?
You'll almost certainly be symptomatic with such low ferritin but you can't rule out positive antibodies causing symptoms or low B12, vitD or folate until they are tested.
