Vitamin D - if you have not had one since September to check your levels.
If you are supplementing vitamin B12 then have a full blood count not the vitamin B12 test. The serum/blood vitamin B12 will just show that you are supplementing it.
If you aren't supplementing vitamin B12 have vitamin B12 and folate.
If you have bone problems then you want vitamin D, calcium, alkaline phosphatase and potassium all tested.
Other vitamins and minerals aren't worth having at this time.
I take magnesium citrate (Solar) by mouth. Other people rub magnesium oil into their skin or take baths with epsom salts in it.
I have been using magnesium citrate to help bowels. I've already bought my next one which is magnesium bisglycinate, I want to try that as it's supposed to support respiratory health and I have a lung disease. I tried magnesium oil but it's too messy for me.
