I think this may not contain hormone - ? healthunlocked.com/thyroidu...

Do you know why you're on such a tiny dose of levo? Might be helpful to see your blood results w lab ranges (the numbers in brackets after the results).

Thanks for reply am on 25 mcg levo as any more makes me hyper. and that is horrible, I have non- stop diarrhoea and simply can't sleep and cant 'be still though at the same time I feel washed out if you know what I mean .. Results I'm happy with on 25mcg as when I took 50mcg the T3 level went very high. I'm trying the metavive as it just seems to be an "add on" with no active hormone.

Drinking water with good levels of silica will help the diarrhoea .... Volvic or San Pellegrino. Also is helpful in removing some toxins from the body - eg aluminium.

Thanks don't have diarrhoea now, it was only when I took 50mcg levo. ...but I'll remember your advice and store for reference!!!

It might make you feel better, it might not, as no one knows how much hormone, if any is in it. Its predecessor was the first thing I ever took, and it did make difference. But NDT from Thailand is a lot cheaper and has a known amount of hormone in it.

Hi Foxglove, How are you getting on with Meatavive. I have exactly the same problem with Levo, I cannot sleep at all on it and start feeling Hyper. I was trying to push it through to get up from 25 mcg to 50mcg but I am struggling with the Hyper feelings. I am waiting for some blood results to come through to see if it matches what I am feeling.

I have to take a sleeping tablet (OTC) to get any sleep at all and I really don't want to get into that.

Anyway, I saw Dr P a couple of months ago. He told me to drop my Levo dose down, start supporting the adrenals with Adrenavive II and then start Metavive after a few days.

How are you getting on with it? Is it making you feel better?

Sorry to give a negative reply, I think the Metavive made me a bit hyper so have stopped meantime. I shall probably restart after a bit - just CAN'T decided what to do for.the best! Hope you are faring better - do let me know. Have never tried ADRENAVIVE, would love to know how you get on with it. If you're like me you're constantly seeking (AND spending money) looking for SOMETHING to help- Keep in touch if you like and we can compare.

I am exactly the same. it's so hard trying to figure it out when you're feeling shaky/unsure. And yes, it costs an absolute fortune. The thing about Metavive that I'm not sure about is that it's not clear how much t4/t3 we're taking which means I can't monitor it. So, am now looking at NDT (as another back up).

Yes, I would like to keep in touch to compare - perhaps PM is better? Where are you now with it all? Just on 25mcg levo?

Not what you're looking for?
