Heavy metals - Copper?

Afternoon all

I've been watching the Thyroid Secret and it's been mentioned about metals in the body that could be bad for us. They talk about mouth fillings but I am wondering if having a copper coil is bad.

Any thoughts would be great as I have one but I'm thinking maybe I should change it for the hormone coil.

That isn't necessarily true. I agree if you have autoimmune hypothyroid you need to be careful but as always it is a balancing act. I have an acute latex allergy so hormone contraception was the only option, not ideal but better than an unwanted pregnancy.
