Doctor's Data provoked urine test or equivalent. If unavailable, the Genova Diagnostics NutrEval can be helpful.

Yep. Cambridge company called bionetics I think do a hair test

Or you could just take Glucoathalone for 6 weeks. That's the detox for heavy metals

I took the test and the Glucoathalone and didn't feel any better at all, so not sure it'll do you any good.

Good luck

Hi, just thought I would say that if you have amalgam fillings it is a certainty that they do contain mercury ! unfortunatley the mercury leaches into the bloodstream especially when you have hot drinks . This is because this metal expands at room temperature that is why it has been used for the composite /amalgam fillings. They thought that they would use this to make the filling maleable. Anyway I had all my fillings removed 30yrs ago ! I noticed a change very soon after as the heavy feeling that felt like a depression lifted, it was amazing ! It truly was ! Remember mercury is a neuro-toxin it is very toxic to the nervous system and the brain. Idid not really have all the info about it 30yrs ago but I was glad I lisyened to a doctors advice as this doctor wa also a homoeopath and did muscle testing way back then . A lot of people with thyroid problems do well to look into heavy metal burdening as this c an effect the functioning of the thyroid gland. Usually labatories provide urine testing sample kits for mercury testing . Hope you get sorted out . Take care !

The heavy metals are buried deep in the body, slowly leaching out. If you don't dye your hair a hair test may show you only these slowly leaching metals.

The only way to remove metals is by kelation in USA .

Unless you have an industrial accident the NHS here aren't interested.

I stayed 3 months in the clymer clinic in Allen Town, Pensilvania USA. This was years ago and unless you are well I would not recommend it.

It's slow, debilitating and dangerous because the process is pumping in harsh chemicals in to "draw out" buried metals from the deep tissues, including the brain, the process also strips out minerals at the same time. They have protocols during which they "pump" back in liquid minerals and you get to eat a lot of bananas!

I lost total cognitive function after about 4 months. My husband gagued my days by how often I ashes him what day it was, 16 times a day = bad day. It took 63 supplement pills a day and 2/3 years for the body to re bury any reduce in my system.

My uk doctors response to my treatment, " well you won't get Alzheimer's "! So they know what's happening to us but there legalised drug pushers with a list they can prescribe and a budget!

Years from now, with the event of genetic medicine, they will be regarded like witch doctors!

So take some charcoal powder and bentonite clay and leave well alone is my advice. All the best.x

What is the charcoal for please

Charcoal :attracts to itself, like blotting paper, toxins once 'bound" its expelled from the body. You have heard of pregnant women eating coal? Natural, instinctual behaviour.

Any good taking for candida toxins?

Mena20077 profile image
Mena20077 in reply toJefner

Not in itself but as a support to a candida regime. However it is a detox tool, neutral ,not "active" as such. Treating Candida can be like herding cats.

Have them removed only by a specialist in doing this or you system will get flooded with mercury! Believe me, been there got the tshirt!

Hi Jefner, I had my amagam fillings removed by a consultant at the dental hospital in newcastle but I dont think they provide this service anymore ! Of course you could enquire at your local dental hospital if you like . If you do decide to get the fillings removed make sure the dentist uses a rubber dam to stop the metals escaping down your throat and of course a good aspirator to suck up any excess material and saliva ! There are some other ways to detox from mercury but it all has to be done slowly and if you still have fillings in your mouth what you take out will just be put back in again ! Anyhow if fillings are removed you can just have one done at a time with a good amount of time inbetween removals ! Between each removal you should give yourself enough space to do a detox I have used NDF plus by Bio-Ray which helps to teplace some of the nutrients lost in the gut aswell as other natural things . If you use charcoal it can interfere with the gut good bacteria so you must replace this after taking charcoal .

I will see what my metals tests come back like. I would like them out but a phobia doesnt help, especially agoraphobia on top

Have you any support with your agoraphobia ? My friend had agoraphobia and used to shake like a leaf when he went out ! He forced himself to meet up with fellow sufferes and went on short outings to face his fears. Everyone helped each other and eventually realized that nothing bad was going to happen ! Have you got acsess to any support groups ?

Not what you're looking for?
