The only meds I take are 75mg T3

Fatty liver will produce abnormal liver enzyme tests.

Thanks @gabk I'll look up fatty liver, I only drink on rare occasions as alcohol leaves me seriously ill. But maybe it's something else at play, likely autoimmune knowing my luck 🌻

People oftentimes associate fatty liver disease only with alcohol consumption but there is non-alcoholic fatty liver disease as well.

The minute I heard, liver I think alcohol, but I see autoimmune, hepatitis and all sorts now 😳

A fatty liver can also occur if you eat a lot of sugar (carbs) and sugar and fat together.

A lot of fat without carbs is not dangerous.

I hope the ultrasound goes well.

Yes it can cause you abnormal liver enzymes if the dose of t3 you are on is to high I found that when I dropped the t3 a little my liver enzymes went back to normal but it's nothing to worry about about hope this helps xx

Its fine just drop it down a little I'm severely hypo I'm optimal on 60 mcgs of t3 ... 20 mcgs every 8 hrs this is how I was told to take it by my endo because of the short half life xx your liver enzymes will drop back to normal xx
