Can T3 cause Nausea?

Have been adding 25mcg of T3 to my afternoon grain of NDT. In the last 3 days within 30 minutes of taking the T3 I've been feeling a bit nauseas and sometimes headachy. Is this 'normal'?

Hey Jefner , yes indeed it was so I lowered it to half and have now just upped it. (if that makes sense! )

You could try increasing or decreasing the number of doses you split your total dose into, and/or change the time(s) of day you take your various doses.

That used to help me when I was introducing T3.

Super! Shall try that, thank you!

Keep good records of how you split your dose and what times you take it. Otherwise you could end up flailing around not remembering what you've tried and what you haven't tried.

I'm experiencing nausea, diarrhea & headaches since being on T3 10mg (also started mometasone furoate at the same time so it may be that too?)

I feel like shit. I read it gets better after a while. Are you better?

Yes, turns out it wasn't the T3 at all. I had a really bad case of dysbiosis, that I am still battling!
