iron tablets and thyroxine

hi I currently take my iron tablets and hour before my thyroxine Is this ok

Hi, I think it's best to take them with a 4 hour gap between. Maybe switch to one in the evening and one in the morning to make it easier x

You should take your thyroxine in the morning on a empty stomach and then iron 4 hours later it can prevent your thyroxine working properly, hope that helps
