Ellie202 The best thing to do is take them over to the Pernicious Anaemia Society forum here on Health Unlocked for further advice. Under range folate (folate deficiency) and very low B12 should be further investigated.
It's important to up your B12 before folate.
I went from the lower range of B12 to the upper range using 5,000mcg of sublingual methylcobalamin.
