I have had an underactive thyroid now for 10 years but starting to feel worse than ever. Tired, sluggish all the time, sometimes soo tired unable to walk easiily.
Heading to docs soon but really want to go with all the I found I need!!!

ashley1984clarke If you are on thyroid replacement, then your TSH is too high. What dose are you on? The aim of a treated hypo patient generally is for TSH to be 1 or below or wherever it is needed for FT4 and FT3 to be in the upper part of their respective reference ranges if that is where you feel well.
Testing FT4 and FT3 would be very useful, as would comparing those results with any previous ones to see if your TSH has increased, by how much, and over what time.
