Selenium
I use Solgar yeast free.
I get the cheapo selenium from Holland and Barrett. £3.99 for 100.
'No Artificial Colours, Flavours or Sweeteners. No Preservatives. No added Sugar or Salt. No Starch, No Corn, No Milk, No Lactose, No Soya, No Gluten, No Wheat, No Yeast, No Fish, No Porcine.'
My antibodies have reduced dramatically since taking selenium. I bought cheap ones from Amazon without preservatives. I have just bought Natures Best, but have not tried yet.
Gary19610 Apparently a lot of selenium supplements have an unpleasant odour. Certainly the first one I bought did.
My practioner recommended Cytoplan. Being 'food state' it is supposed to be the most bioeffective sort. It's a small tablet with no odour and suitable for vegetarians, vegans and for people with Candida and yeast sensitivities. I've used it for about a year and am happy with it. It's occasionally on 3 for 2 so I stock up then.
Gary19610 i got these on recommendation from SeasideSusie and am well pleased with them : within a week I was only using eye drops once a day instead of every couple of hours. Blood tests due in couple of weeks, so will see result on antibodies. They currently have three for one and give you a £10 voucher off your next order!
I use Selenium Methionine from epigenetics-international.com.
