Zita71 You might already know that the aim of a treated hypo patient is for TSH to be 1 or below or wherever it is needed for FT4 and FT3 to be in the upper part of their respective reference ranges.

So, TSH good; FT4 slightly over range; FT3 is less than half way through it's range. You are not converting T4 to T3 well enough.

My opinion is that you need some T3 added to a slightly reduced amount of Levo (I am not medically trained but self sourcing T3 and adding it to my prescribed Levo for the same problem).

Your GP may not know enough about conversion and won't be able to prescribe T3 initially, you will need a referral to an endocrinologist for that. However, it's becoming more and more unlikely to be prescribed T3 now because of the expense.

Also, you have high antibodies which means that you are positive for autoimmune thyroid disease aka Hashimoto's. This is where antibodies attack and eventually destroy the thyroid. You can help reduce the antibodies by adopting a strict gluten free diet . Gluten contains gliadin which is a protein thought to trigger antibody attacks.

Supplementing with Selenium L-selenomethionine 200mcg daily can also help reduce antibodies, as can keeping TSH very low or suppressed.
