Em_lou,

TSH 1.01 indicates 50mcg Levothyroxine may be an adequate dose. It's hard to tell really without FT4 and FT3. You can order private thyroid tests via thyroiduk.org.uk/tuk/testin...

B12 results are usually high when supplementing. You could reduce to 1,000mcg alternate days but there's nothing wrong with having high levels as excess is excreted in urine.

Folate is low. I would take a B Complex vitamin to boost folate.

VitD is replete now but I would continue supplementing 5,000iu alternate days until May.

Hi Clutter,

I'm going to work on getting some private tests done to get a clearer picture.

I do think 50 or just above is the right does for me...when I take 75 daily I feel very hyper. After the above test I tried 50 one day and 60 the next....there's improvements in my personality (laughing more and generally more alert) but half my face starts to feel numb and fatigued the first hour or two after the larger dose...then fine rest of the day.

So shall I take vitamin D one day and B12 the other? Or take them on alternate days.

I will look into the B complex.

Thank you Cultter...your advice over my last few posts has enabled me to feel more human. ❤

Em_lou,

I don't think it matters whether you take vitD one day and B12 the other. If it's easier to take both on the same day do that.
