Latest blood results , meaning please .

HI,

Had bloods done on Monday and latest results are

T4 22.9 (10-26)

T3 6.1 ( 3.6 -6.4 )

Tsh 0.01 don't know range

Basically diagnosed graves disease and stopped carbimazole last September as tsh was improving and t4 was down to 12 so endo said to stop carbimazole and see how I got on . I don't know what these latest results suggest . Any help is massively appreciated .

TSH is suppressed and FT4 and FT3 are high in range.

If TSH is lower than your previous TSH result and FT4 and FT3 are higher than your previous results I think it indicates you may becoming hyperthyroid again. FT4 and FT3 are currently within range but you should probably have another thyroid function test in 3 months.

Hi

Last test 14th November

T4 was 17

T3 was 4.8

Tsh was 0.05 .

Ianswife,

TSH has dropped and FT4 and FT3 have risen quite a bit so it looks like you are becoming hyperthyroid.

Thank you so much and I have certainly started to feel more snappy , weepy , joint pain and eyes feel weird although they said I have not got thyroid eye disease . I really appreciate all of your help and taking time out of your day .
