I battled with weight for years and did what you did and starve myself and then eat what I most likely shouldn't.
I've finally found what works for me and that is simply balancing blood sugar levels by eating a low G.I. diet. I eat much more than I used to but because the food I eat balances blood sugar, I don't put on weight like I did before. I think if I didn't eat this way I'd easily balloon, especially as I'm so inactive with the hypothyroidism presently. There are plenty of books out there and free information on the internet to get you started.
It was also helpful for me to find out which foods I was intolerant to and take these out of my diet e.g. gluten, wheat, dairy and sugar. When I eat these, I get a spare tyre forming around my waist.
that's no problem at all girl , you was expecting it wasn't you ? , just keep up with your diary and you may well work out what works for you and what doesn't -- dietry wise -- so you can limit or splurge now and again == when you need to == ....... just think in only 2 weeks time you have shaved so much off your weight over the past YEAR -- and overcome all of your incidents / spates / downsides / upsides and many other problems along the way , not only have you tried [ and been successful ] === think where you would be now without your all you efferts over the past year ? ...... keep going next year we are with you -- even in cyber= space = -- look forward to your next post on week 51/52 ..... hope you and yours have a super crissy and santa brings all you want ......alan xx
