Hi could someone please help me to understand if I need to do anything about my vitamin B12? It has gone up and down like a yoyo over the past couple of years. Thank you

You must to speak to your GP about your under range B12. Ask him to test for Pernicious Anaemia. Don't be fobbed off. You could very well need B12 I injections.

Go to the PA forum here in Health Unlocked and get advice from them healthunlocked.com/pasoc

Mine was never as low as yours but because of a strong family history of PA I have pate once a week then liver the other take a good multi b vitamin (some people say you should take vitamin c at same time i supplement it anyway with suackable tablets afterwards and use a superstrength organic B12 patch twice a week, I got my b12 well up to near top of range within 6 months. I totally agree with getting tested although I did have slight objections from gp but luckily my mum's gp had told her that because if her having PA her daughter's should be checked regularly from the age of 50 I offered to phone her so she could tell him but he decided and said he'd out it in system lol my mum would have given him stick he had a lucky escape

Good luck
