Help with blood results please

I hope to make this as short as possible but I am sure this forum knows thyroid problems go on for years. This year has not been good for me as my Graves has been up and down and makes me feel dreadful. At the moment I feel I have the symptoms of hypo but Endo say I am Hyper and is trying to talk me into RAI treatment - which I am not keen on. By the way I had a sub total op in 1999 and another op to remove thyroid tissue under my chin in 2010 and still overactive and on 1x 5mg Carbimazole a day.

The last two blood test results are -

19/7/16 TSH 0.03 (0.27 - 4.2), T4 21.0 (12-22) T3 7.7 (3.1-6.8)

18/11/16 TSH 0.01 " T4 26.6 " T3 11.2 "

Can anyone say what's going on?

Carbimazole dose needs increasing because you've become hyperthyroid again. T4 should be under 22 and T3 should be under 6.8.
