All vitamins are creeping up. My Vit D is now well in range - top half so have reduced to maintenance level. Reduced my B12 dramatically after these results!
I have another appointment with the Endo on Thursday.
Side effects - hadn't realised I'd been losing hair through breakage. No hair loss now. Geez that breakage had been going on years - just thought it was my normal!
Lips are dry - mouth is dehydrated. I've noticed this in the last couple of days. Makes me feel a bit panicked.
Have been GF a month or so now. Have been on Levo for 3 weeks now 50.
I know it is so early but just wanting confirmation they're going in the right direction??
Thank you!!

You've had a good response to 50mcg as FT4 and FT3 have risen which is why TSH has dropped. Hopefully endo will increase dose to 75mcg as most people do better with TSH 1.0 or lower, and FT4 and FT3 a bit higher.
Ferritin is optimal halfway through range to 100. You might consider supplementing iron and take each tablet with 1,000mg vitamin C to aid absorption and minimise constipation.
Gluten-free may help improve Hashimoto's symptoms but it is likely to take a very long time to bring down antibody levels.
My only worry about increasing the dose is possible side effects of taking Levo because as it stands - despite my high TSH I feel good - physically and mentally.
Yes - I'm concentrating now on getting my ferritin and folate levels up.
Scared due to stories I read on here and all the side effects listed on the Levo insert. The side effects appear to be similar to the symptoms of untreated hypothyroidism/ undermedicated.
