Could you please PM me your trusted t3 supplier and steer me in the direction of info on how to begin to take it along side my thyroxine. My doctor will not help me and does not believe t3 is beneficial :(. At my wits end with fatigue, no weight loss and generally feeling unwell. Thank you

When members post on the forum asking for PMs (private messages) with recommendations of doctors, or where to buy medications, and you think you are able to help, please simply:
1. Send the PM
2. DO NOT also post on their thread to say you have sent the PM. There is an alert system to do this job (both via email and the red blob next to your username).
3. The recipient of the PMs should then not feel they have to respond on thread with 'Thank you for the PM'. After all, the thanks can be done by replying to the PM that was sent
25mcg is equal, in its effect, to around 100mcg of levo. So if you reduce levo by 50mcg and add 1/4 of T3 to your T4 and in two weeks add another 1/4. Take note of pulse/temp before you begin if it goes too high drop to previous dose. I found T3 calmed my whole system.
I took mine together. Stomach has to be empty when you take either T4 or combo so ensure you've last eaten about 2.5 hours before as our digestion system is slower than usual.
