You may feel a bit of a bump with the increased amount of T3 but the T4 should be fine.
A single dose of T3 (taken on an empty stomach) is rapidly absorbed and reaches peak circulating concentration in about two to three hours after ingestion but blood serum concentrations may remain elevated for six - eight hours.
After this time, blood serum concentrations start to decline, unless another dose of T3 is taken so any increase in heat or palpitations should ease off after a few hours.
If you are due another dose today, it may be wise to skip it.
I did the same and panicked . I was expecting palpitations and all sorts .
I felt spaced out and headachy for a couple of days . My T3 was near the top of the range anyway and I had been trying to reduce ( and confused the dosages)
Back to normal now . I did notice that exactly 4 weeks on I felt very tired and foggy and a bit headache but this could just have been a coincidence .
